Using this site

You may use cannylabs.net to learn about Canny Labs, follow product development, join a waitlist, and contact us. Please do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or abusive material, or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service.

Prelaunch information

FlickerFrame and Draft & Slate are in development. Descriptions, previews, features, compatibility, and availability may change before release. Joining a waitlist does not create a purchase, reservation, guaranteed release date, or entitlement to a product.

Intellectual property

The Canny Labs name, product names, branding, site design, and original site content belong to Canny Labs or their respective licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them beyond ordinary personal use without permission.

Other products and websites

Links to Canny.Day and other websites may take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Product-specific license and purchase terms will be presented before any future Canny Labs software sale.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided on an as-available basis and may occasionally contain errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and products develop. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above.
