Who is responsible
Canny Labs, LLC is responsible for information collected through cannylabs.net. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@cannylabs.net.
Information we process
When you join a product waitlist, we store your normalized email address, the product selected, the page where you signed up, and the date and time of consent. If you contact us, we process the information in your message. We also use short-lived, privacy-preserving rate-limit records to protect forms and services from abuse.
Why we use it
We use waitlist information with your consent to send occasional development, early-access, and availability updates for the product you selected. We use operational information where necessary for our legitimate interests in securing the site, responding to requests, and maintaining reliable services. We use information to meet legal obligations when they apply.
Service providers and transfers
The website is hosted on Vercel, and waitlist information is stored with Supabase. These providers process information on our behalf and may operate infrastructure in countries other than your own. We rely on their contractual and legal transfer safeguards where required. The public marketing pages do not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep information
Waitlist information is kept while the selected product is in development and through its relevant launch communications, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it sooner. Abuse-prevention rate-limit records are removed after 24 hours. Support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate business records.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from product updates at any time. You may also ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your information, or withdraw consent, subject to rights and records that applicable law requires us to retain. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to complain to your local data-protection regulator.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. We will update this notice when our practices materially change and revise the date shown above.
